Cumnock is situated in the south West of Scotland, approximately in the centre of what is the Cumnock & Doon Valley Area of East Ayrshire Council. The site for the Arts Centre has not yet been selected. Ideally as close to the town centre and public transport as possible with ample parking on site or close by. However, other sites within the area are also being considered. At the end of the day it must be accessable to as many of the population as possible.
